PROVIDING OF SERVICES RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION ACTIVITIES AND PRODUCTION OF ALUMINUM AND PVC JOINERY WITH GUARANTEED QUALITY, SATISFYING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE INVESTORS AND CLIENTS, WITH SECURED PRESERVATION OF ENVIRONMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF HEALTHY AND SAFE WORKING CONDIITONS, AND BEARING MAXIMUM BENEFITS FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND THE INTERESTED PARTIES.
THE MANAGEMENT POLICY OF LUKO-K LTD IS
A RESULT OF THE COMMITMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT FOR REDUCING TO A MINIMUM THE POLUTION AND THE HAZARDOUS IMPACTS ON THE ENVIRONMENT AS WELL AS REDUCING TO A MINIMUM THE RISKS OF THE PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE WORKERS, WITH CONTINUAL ИМПРОЖЕМЕНТ OF THE INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE EFFECTIVE LEGISLATION.
The Management of the Organization directs its efforts in the following directions for the implementation of this policy:
- Recognition of the organization as a competitive provider of high quality design services and construction and installation activities;
- Expansion of its market share and implementation of new construction technologies;
- Maintenance of a high quality level in the designing, the construction and installation activities and the production of aluminum and PVC joinery;
- Effective utilization of the available material, human and financial resources and capitals, aimed at the satisfaction of the requirements of the Investors, the Clients, the Personnel, the Society and the other Interested Parties;
- Preservation and protection of environment from pollution during the implementation of the activities of the Organization;
- Permanent reduction of the losses from the waste of materials and pollution of environment, as a result of the activities of the Organization;
- Provision and maintenance of healthy and safe working conditions of those working in the Organization;
- Improvement of the working environment in execution of the effective requirements of the Bulgarian legislation aimed at attainment of high quality of the implemented activities, protection of the interests of those working in the Organization, observation of the anticipations of the society and the requirements of the State Institutions with regard to the preservation of the environment.
An integrated management system satisfying the requirements of the international standards BSS EN ISO 9001:2008, BSS ISO 14001:2004 and the Specification OHSAS 18001:2002 was developed and introduced into Luko-K LTD - city of Sofia for the realization of these goals..
